No. When your tradesperson uses Manos, jobs and certificates appear in your HouseProud logbook automatically. You don't need to ask them or set anything up -- it just works. You can also add records manually if a tradesperson doesn't use Manos.
What records does HouseProud store? +
Anything your tradesperson logs: boiler services, electrical checks (EICRs), gas safety certificates (CP12), plumbing repairs, building work, appliance installations, and more. You can also add photos, warranty documents, and your own notes manually.
Can I share my logbook with an estate agent or solicitor? +
Yes. You can generate a shareable link or export a PDF with your full service history at any time. The link can be time-limited or revoked whenever you like. Nothing is shared until you choose to share it.
What if I move house? +
Your HouseProud account moves with you. You can transfer your existing property's logbook to the new owner, and start building the history for your new home from day one.
